The Broxbourne School set for complete redevelopment

Chase New Homes and the Mid Group are pleased to announce the construction of a brand-new school and 153 much needed new homes in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.

The Broxbourne School is set to be completely rebuilt, with state-of-the-art new facilities and is planned to open in September 2021. The deal for the provision of the new school buildings has been procured by Chase New Homes who have appointed the main contractor Mid Group.

The new £30m school will comprise exceptional facilities, including an indoor sports hall and 3G football pitch that will be available to both the new school and the local community.

Chase New Homes are to build 153 new homes, over two phases, that will sit within the existing school grounds. A variety of styles across the 138 three, four and five bedroom houses and 15 apartments will provide much needed new homes in this popular and exclusive location.

Construction work is due to commence on site shortly, with the first homes ready for occupation in early 2021 and the new school set to open in September 2021.
