Planning granted for 23 luxury homes at 104 Cuffley Hill

The Broxbourne Planning Committee unanimously agreed on 12th September to grant permission for 23 new luxury houses at 104 Cuffley Hill.  The planning application is for detached and semi-detached properties with extensive areas of public open space within a woodland setting.  Chase New Homes has agreed to contribute in excess of £2,000,000 toward offsite affordable housing and other community facilities.
